Using these insights, I design and facilitate follow-on workshops with the team.

This focused session creates shared understanding and consistently delivers:

  • Clear 3, 6, and 12-month commercial objectives

  • A prioritised view of sales opportunities and growth potential

  • Alignment on what matters now versus later (priorities and capabilities matrix)

  • A clear commercial direction understood across the business

Planning & Execution Readiness

Together, we translate strategy into action.

This results in a focused 90-day plan with:

  • Clear priorities

  • Ownership and accountability agreed

  • Defined measurable outputs rather than vague activity

  • ​Tools to be implemented or refined (CRM/ AI/ Automation)

Implementation & Capability Building

I can support implementation, embedding systems, tools, and ways of working that make sales easier to manage over time.

This may include:

  • Refining sales processes, streamlining each step

  • Implementing or improving the use of CRM, automation, or AI tools

  • Enabling high-performing teams through structured materials, scripts, and templates with continuous professional development

  • Establishing testing and refinement loops. Continuous learning and progress are key to success.
